Word that jumps out at me: father
Not least because that's what I am.
From verse 24: Then Joseph said to his brothers, "I am about to die. But God will surely come to your aid..."
If only I have the awareness and presence of mind to say something like this when my time comes.

Reaching the end of Genesis brings this blog to a good pausing point. My family is in the process of preparing to move, and once the move is done, we won't have the internet at home for an indefinite time.
This blog will continue (with Exodus, naturally!) as soon as possible, but until then, I suggest you do two things: 1) dig around the Wordles I created for Genesis, and 2) create Wordles of your own!
